She gained instant fame in the media. Hurley has had a successful career but her association to Estee Lauder cosmetics is the most notable. Hurley received her first modeling contract at the age of 29, and has been using her to model Estee Lauder's products from 1995. The most famous of her roles is her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000).
